Mr Guillaume provided all he said he would. unfortunately the V.A. waited till almost the last minute to request water samples. Other than that I got all that I was promised.

Boe Guillaume was the loan officer who handled my refinance with Ditech. Due to my unique circumstances, I had low expectations as I had been turned down by 2 other companies and was offered a high interest rate by a 3rd. Boe was the only LO who was able to help me and he made it easy and fast. I got a better rate than I expected and the cash I needed to get out of debt. This was a fantastic experience.

Leaving government assistance in the dust!
My family and I were working off of a VERY low budget as we were getting off of government assistance FINALLY and buying our first home. Mr. Guillaume was able to not only find us a loan but help us walk through the troubles that came up in the processes of securing the loan, of which there were many due to us being so low income. He made this process much easier than it could have been. If we ever purchase another house we will go through him!
