The ditech team was awesome!
Boe was helpful and attentive throughout the entire refinancing process. He answered any questions I had in a timely fashion, and was always pleasant to deal with. In what can often be an arduous task; Boe kept it moving forward, and provided a feeling that we'd get there no matter the obstacles. Bau was very helpful and offered suggestions to help save us money. I actually called prior and whoever I spoke with did not offer any suggestions and advise the way Bau went out of his way to do. Even in the beginning of our conversation when I was a little short with him he was very nice, helpful and patient enough to explain things to me through to me and calm me down.
