I had gotten a pre-approval letter from another lender to purchase a specific home. After I successfully negotiated a contract and even though the other lender knew of the type of home it was in advance, the other lender decided to withdraw their pre-approval because the home I was buying was a modular home. So, I ended up with an approved contract but no lender lined up. Then I searched for a lender that would lend on modular homes. I was about to give up when I was so lucky to come across Ditech. I was especially lucky to be put in contact with Boe. Boe and all the others at Ditech made the borrowing process very easy, stress free, and we were able to close on time. The online processing procedures were easy to understand and follow. The interest rate and loan costs was competitive and less than most lenders. I would have no problem recommending Boe and Ditech to any of my family and friends. If I have any complaint about the whole process it would be that I never got to meet anyone at Ditech, including Boe, in person. It would have been cool to shake his hand and say thank you Boe in person! Thanks Boe for all your help.

Mr. Guillaume (Boe) did a wonderful job of walking us through the entire process from application to closing. He answered all of our questions immediately, the whole process was so easy because he know's the business. Boe is very professional and treats you like you were his family. I have never experienced a loan professional with the amount of dedication he has to his customer. We are so pleased and lucky we had him assigned to our loan.
