Integrity and Honesty and Knowledgable

Alex Zelada is the Best refinance loan officer i have ever worked with. I was just about to close on a refinance with another refinance company and i was dissapointed because of the outrageous fees that kept getting added to the loan. I called Alex and we talked for over an hour he listened and immediately guided me to the loan i was looking for. Alex kept me involved in every step and from every phone call to every email no matter what time it was he always got right back to me. Alex is truly an amazing loan officer, he is so knowledgable and always steered me in the right direction and was always very honest about how to get the best loan for me personally. It was refreshing to work with him and i plan to work with him in the future. I would recommend him to co-workers and family and friends. With Alex Zelada its more then refinancing its about Peace of mind.

Alex Zelado-Pacific Beneficial--The best!

I can't begin to tell you how much I loved Pacific Beneficial and my loan officer, Alex Zelada. I began my refi journey in late February with my credit union trying to consolidate my equity line with my first mortgage. My equity line was going to start in its "repayment" period which was going to triple my payment. But when they declined to combine both, I went to the company that held my first mortgage and they also declined to help me with a refi combining both together for one lower payment. I settled to refi only my first mortgage to lower that payment as a consolation to combining trying to get some relief on the upcoming higher payment. That process went from mid-February to mid-July finally signing documents on July 14th. After all the delays and requests for more and more added documentation and my frustration with it all, I was finally going to end the pain of this process and not really getting what I set out to do. After doing all the signing with the notary, I received a phone call from this lender stating that the loan was not going to go thru due to a change in our appraisal. (turns out it went up in value). With that, I saw it as a sign that this was not meant to be, SO, I signed and faxed back the decline paperwork to that lender and halted the whole thing. I was done. On July 16th, I went online with Len********.com and found a miracle. Thru the website, I met Alex Zelada at Pacific Beneficial. He was a breath of fresh air. From the first call, he gave me all the information I needed, showed me all the choices out there for me that would work best and started the process the same day. Also a plus, his office was in driving distance from my home and I was able to gather all the documentation he needed (which I already had most from the previous attempts) and dropped it all off to him on July 20th to start the process. He kept me informed the whole way thru, I did not have to fax anything to him in mega lumps sums, he was there when I had a question and the whole process was easy, painless and QUICK!! Mind you, I had wanted to combine both my equity line and first mortgage together which the other two told me I could not do. Not Alex, he helped and got me approved for what I needed ASAP. I was amazed at his professionalism, knowledge, and time management skills to get the job done, FAST! My new combined loan closed and funded on August 14th. It was about 3 1/2 - 4 weeks. Much quicker that the 5 months I was waiting with the last lender. I would recommend Pacific Beneficial and especially, Alex Zelada for your loan needs. Both are exceptional!!
