Alex Zelada did an outstanding job from start to finish! He handled two loans for us simultaneously. With all the pressure that comes with having two loans in process, Alex's diligence and excellent customer service, helped keep the stress at manageable levels. Alex was highly professional and worked with a strong sense of urgency. He kept things well organized and moving forward, meeting critical deadlines in the process. At the beginning of the process, I was very impressed with how Alex did not just talk numbers over the phone. Instead, he gave a very impressive demonstration of Pacific Beneficial's product by connecting remotely on my computer. He gave clear figures & multiple options. Exceptional Service!

Alex definitely knows what he is doing. On first day, we had a net meeting and he showed the initial estimate on my computer screen and explained every numbers over the phone. It was much better and more convenient than just talking over the phone only. During the whole process, he was very responsive and I could get a response within few hours. Because I do not like surprises, I was very pleased to see that his initial estimates were pretty close to the final numbers. Thanks Alex! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends.
