Throughout my career I have successfully closed hundreds of purchase and refinance transactions. My success is founded on my vast knowledge of conforming, jumbo, FHA, and VA loans. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona, CA. I also have countless hours of education from the California Department of Real Estate with an emphasis in mortgage procedures and regulation. Outstanding service!
I'll keep this review short and to the point. When Alex called me to let me know rates had dropped to a level below the previous refi I did with him a while back, I didn't hesitate. I'm religious about shopping prices around for everything, but in this case I didn't bother. The fact that I completely trust a broker to execute this type of transaction on my behalf and give me the best rate available without checking to me speaks volumes about his service. I've now used him twice and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
