Tim Jaap - Fast/Efficient/Funny!!!

Tim Jaap with Southwest Direct Mortgage is simply amazing! Great interest rate! Lightning fast closing! At no point did I ever feel overwhelmed or unsure about the status of my approval. Every question I asked, he answered completely and extremely quickly. It did not matter the day or time, he was on top of things. In addition, he is very personable and we had many laughs and joked about things along the way. At the end, it felt like instead of just getting a mortgage approved, he was one of my buddies who happened to work in the mortgage industry.
