Excellent Service! Thank You Tim!

Tim Jaap was one of 6 mortgage consultants that contacted us after we inquired about a home purchase loan on Len********.com* Unlike most of the other lenders, Tim was persistent AND genuine. He took a lot of time speaking to my husband and I on the phone before we entrusted him with our business. We were applying for a jumbo loan, a big investment for us. We were told by most other lenders that we had to put 20% down without any exception and this is not want we wanted. Tim worked closely with us to not only get us a jumbo loan with only 10% down, but also with NO PMI! He stayed in close contact with us and our realtor throughout the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did! Tim responded to every email and phone call so quickly that he always made us feel like we were his number 1 clients. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service Tim provided. He not only gave us the BEST service with our new home loan, he also helped us refinance our current home which we did not want sell. I don't often write reviews, mostly because customer service seems to have gone down hill in most industries. But, this was truly an exceptional experience and worth sharing.

Easy To Work With

Tim was outstanding. My loan closed earlier than I anticipated. Tim was very thorough and responsive throughout the entire process. Tim was the first person to contact me the next morning after I submitted my info on Lending Tree the night before. I was 99% sure that I would be working with Tim for my home purchase and I had not even spoke with anyone else yet. I felt very comfortable working with him from Day 1. He made the process very easy, he was easy to work with and was always available to answer my questions and provide service even during odd hours. After waiting a few weeks to view some homes to get a feel for the market, I contacted Tim around 11:30 pm the night before I was going to view my home (home went on market that same evening). I asked for a pre qual letter. I was the first person to view the home at 9 AM. Tim sent me a pre qual letter by 9:30 AM that same morning. I made an offer that same day and the rest is history. My close went flawlessly. My realtor and title company even commented about how diligent and timely Southwest Direct was during my close. Tim was very helpful and was there for me. I felt like he cared. I can't say anything even remotely close to that based on my other experience with lenders. I am glad that I had the pleasure of working with Tim during my home purchase. He got me a great rate and more importantly was there to help me. I would recommend Tim and Southwest Direct to anyone who is in the market for a home. I could not be happier with how my financing went for this home purchase. Excellent work Tim and the rest of the Southwest Direct team. You guys all did a wonderful job.

I had a good experience working with Tim Jaap refinancing my home. He is very responsive to questions by phone, email, or text. The information he gave was always prompt and accurate and he found us a great rate for our loan, more than 0.5% better rate and apr!
