This was my first time buying a home and going through the whole process Jon was excellent at taking/returning all my calls or emails no matter how stupid my question was or if it was the 3rd or 4th time asking the exact same thing. If someone I knew was buying a new home or if I ever do this again, I'd recommend Jon.

I wrote a 5-star review for NASB then I realized I could also write one for the loan officer that helped my family so much. Jon Barrett was incredible, he shepherded me through the process every step of the way and was always available to me when I had questions. He is dedicated to his clients and it shows. We were cleared to close 10 days ahead of schedule. Terrific experience. FYI, I hate writing reviews. That's how happy I am with this experience lol.

Easy and Fast

Shawn made the entire refinancing process as easy as possible. He was incredibly responsive to every email and phone call. Shawn made my wife and I feel like was working for us and not just a commission. The entire process from start to finish was incredibly fast with no hassles or unnecessary back and forth. This guy is legit and will get you through a refinance as easy and as fast as possible.
