Honest, Responsive & Great Rates
When I decided to refi I entered my details into lending tree and a heap of lenders contacted me for my business. Out of all of them, Shawn was the most direct (honest) and not pushy like some of the others. He also had the best rates at $0 closing cost to the client. He was informative and responsive to any phone calls and emails throughout the process. I did not feel 'cornered' or forced into anything by Shawn. And during the entire process I spoke with him only and was not passed on to someone else at any time. We closed this week at no cost (in fact I get $120 back) at a 0.75% better rate than we had (saving $200 a month). I would definitely contact Shawn in the future if I could get a better rate and would (and already have) recommend him to friends and family.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jon Barrett to close several loans over the past 13 years or so. At this point I wouldn't even think about going to another bank or person for any mortgage, whether for investment or personal. Every time I have contacted Jon he has responded in a timely fashion with accurate info and rates. I have never been steered in the wrong direction and have always been given a great rate. Jon takes the time so that you don't feel rushed when speaking with him. He goes over every detail with you to make sure that you fully understand your mortgage and that no questions go unanswered! As I stated above, I wouldn't go anyplace else! I recommend Jon to everyone I come across that's looking for a loan.
