I'd recommend Shawn Buker to anyone. He was available at anytime when we had questions on about just anything. He was thorough with directions and delivered on the terms he promised. The whole transaction took 14 days to close, and the funding took place 3 days after from the time we signed. We paid nothing for closing costs and even got a credit from the new lender to be applied towards our principal on the new loan. This is by far the easiest, fastest, and least costly refinance we have ever done. We will definitely use Shawn again.

Easy VA Refi
Shawn completed my VA Refi in less than 2 weeks! I got a great rate and he was very responsive to all my questions, no matter what time of the day. He even went out of his way to meet me so I could sign my documents in person and close the loan faster. Great service!

I really appreciate that when I first called Pacific Beneficial Mortgage and inquired about a VA loan the person on the other end of the telephone asked me was I a Veteran. When I replied yes the person on the other end of the telephone thanked me for my service. For me as a Combat Veteran, when someone says that to me it makes the sacrifices I made for my country all worth it. Needless to say after being greeted like that I knew this company was a class act.
