Easy Refi!

I used lending tree to get quotes. And boy did they come in. Shawn had the best deal. And, he was the first person to call me. Shawn made the process painless. We did all the document collection with smart phone pictures and email. Some scans. He kept in touch with me while we watched the market and coached me through picking a date to lock. The closing was smooth- a traveling notary met up with me at the house. We were done with the signing in about 1/2 hour. I've done a couple of refi's before- staying with the same lender. Loved this experience compared to others

I have done roughly 8-10 home loans, and I have to say this was the easiest, smoothest transaction so far. He always answered the phone, answered my questions, and if he could not, he returned my call with the answer quickly. The closing process was so straightforward. The last agent I used was a nightmare--could never get an answer about the loan. This process was totally different.
