Great Loan Officer

At first I went to another bank to apply for my loan, the same bank I have my accounts with. They told me, before I was able to talk with them, that I would probably not even be considered. After that, they didn't even return my emails for further explanation or help! So I spoke with my agent and he referred me to Chin. He listened, did what he could, and got me a great loan amount and rate that beat even my rent. I eventually found a house and when he got me the HUD1, I found that it was higher than what I could afford. He worked with me and found me a better cost that allowed me to close that day instead of postponing. Even though the process is stressful, it was great knowing that I had an excellent team behind me to make the process much more bearable. He has my thanks and referral to anyone.
