Excellent service and rates
My closing date was faster than normal. Sebonic Financial was able to help me get the loan paperwork finished quickly. The online system is very easy to use and the staff is very helpful. This is the second time that I have used them and I would definitely use them for my next loan.

A REAL BREEZE!
We found Sebonic Financial to be extremely efficient and quick with their responses. It was a little strange to deal with different representatives along the way of processing our refinance paperwork but their personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had to our satisfaction. Filling and signing all the necessary documents was done electronically for the application which was a wonderful experience.

Very Helpful
Michael answered all our questions about fees related to the VA loan and he showed where the fees came from on the VA website. He was timely in returning phone calls and seemed very knowledgeable about the entire process.
