Good communication, easy process

The whole process was smooth and easy. The loan officer was great about answering emails and letting me wait until I got a rate I wanted (took about 2 months). Once the process was started, everything was online and they even sent someone to my house on a Sunday afternoon to sign the closing documents. Overall it was a great experience.

After checking with several other banks, I used Lending Tree to find online offers for refinancing my home after my divorce. I was so overwhelmed with the thought of the process after speaking with other bank representatives. Arty was the first person who called, and he put my mind at ease and gave me assurance that I could get through the process. While parts of the process were turned over to other representatives, he let me know that he was always available to help.
