It was great to have someone answer my questions and e mails almost immediately. Nothing was out of realm of questions. He kept me in loop with every step and explained all the options I Had. His assistant Asti was a joy to talk to; very pleasant and always trying to help.

At Wits' End Before Mark Balenger
Mark Balenger did much more than my husband and I thought would be possible for us to obtain a cash out mortgage refinancing. We were so overwhelmed with credit card debt that we were at wits’ end. Mark and his wonderful assistant maneuvered us, with ease, through the entire loan process - from the application and retrieval of required documents, pest inspection, real estate appraisal to closing. My husband served in the Air Force years ago and had sold his first house to a couple who assumed his VA loan. Mark researched this and found that we would qualify for a VA loan, as the first VA loan had been satisfied years ago, which we did not know. That was a wonderful surprise.
