I did AL Home Refi with Mr. Joe Sheeran of Insight Loans as the Loan Officer. Joe did an excellent job working with me on this effort. Joe was very responsive, took my calls in off-hours and worked my issues in off-hours when I needed the help. When Underwritters requested letters, after discussions with me, Joe wrote draft letters for me to tweak and sign. When Underwritters made excessive added appraisal inspection requests, Joe negotiated them down to reasonable inspection request. Most importantly, Joe initially gave me a GFE with very low closing cost and in the end he delivered with these same very low closing cost. Further, Joe pushed the closing team and got my loan to closing in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied with Mr. Joe Sheeran services. I felt he was looking out for my interest throughout the home loan refi process. Also, Joe was very professional but easy to communicate with, and he added the personal touch that you do NOT get with the big Bank Home Loan folks.

Joe was one of several people who contacted me, but Joe's professionalism and knowledge far exceeded the others who responded to my application. Joe was extremely patient, always ready to answer any and all questions, and more importantly was able to explain clearly the steps in the process. Joe worked tirelessly to close my loan, even on Christmas Eve, the day we closed. Because of Joe and his extra effort my family and I were able to enjoy Christmas in our new home. Having rented for 6 years prior to Christmas 2014, finally being homeowners meant so much to us. It was our personal Miracle on 34th Street, and Joe was our Kris Kringle.
