I made contact w/Joe via Lending Tree. He was patient, straight-forward, professional, and personable the entire way through. He always set the expectation with us, so there were no surprises. He made the process simple, and reassured us through the entire process. I have already recommended him to several people. Joe Sheeran helped my fiance and I purchase the home of our dreams. Other loan officers told us that it couldn't be done because of debt to income ratios and my poor credit score but not Joe. From day one Joe gave us a re-assurance that our loan would go through without a hitch. Joe Sheeran was with us every step of the way and even provided his personal cell phone number if we needed to get a hold of him for anything, anytime. Joe worked with us day and night and spoke with me after business hours multiple times to clear up any questions we may have had. Joe was able to get us an amazing rate and actually closed our loan with a lower rate than we had originally thought. Joe made the transaction go more than smoothly and I can explain enough how well he followed through with everything. He returns phone calls and emails within minutes. Joe even called my personal insurance company to work out an issue we had getting the proper paperwork to prove homeowners insurance. He really goes out of his way to make sure the loan closes on time without any issues. I have already recommended Joe to our family, friends and co-workers. He is the best of the best!

Joe was there to answer questions we had and to talk us through the process.
