Nervous Homebuyer

First let me say that I may not have enough space to say what I want about M*.Jill Killen bka as"J":)I started my loan process beginning with M*.Meghan Meier, she called to notify me of a change(for personal reasons), that I was not so happy with at first,but she promised me that she was giving my file to one of the best(M*.Jill Killen),and that she would take good care of me.I admit I was so very nervous, being that I was not familiar with alot things being a first time homebuyer. Ms. Jill called me and reassured me that she will take good care of me, and not to worry. She made me feel like I was her one and only cli***.When I had questions, even after hours, I could contact her, and she always responded! Even when I felt like giving up(Im in tears right now) ... She was very encouraging. Ms. Jill is so very sweet, polite, and professional. I would recommend her to anyone I know! She knows her stuff,all the ins and outs of homebuying! I started in January 2016 on my search for a home, and tomorrow April 7th 2016,Im closing on"MY"new home!! I'm so very excited! Jill Killen is simply AMAZING! This woman knows her stuff, she is extremely educated and professional! I spent a year looking for houses and all of them fell through until now, we just bought a house nov 30th!! Jill stuck with us the whole time staying positive and helping me push through. She explained everything to me being a first time buyer I was eager to learn and she taught me so much I could not have done it without her! She made our closing a breeze and the entire process as quick as possible! I would give her ten stars if I could. I would recommend her to everyone I know for she is truly a phenomenal mortgage broker! Jill is a go getter- she blows away the competition by her superior knowledge of mortgages and then some and she has definitely gone to bat for me when i needed her help!
