Highly recoomend

I would highly recommend Jessica Gibson to anyone looking to refinance their house. Initially started the refinance process with the bank that was servicing my loan at the time and it was horrendous. I decided to give lending tree a try and Jessica with Guaranteed Rate was one of the 3 to call me. She didn't try and give me a sales pitch or be pushy with me like the other 2 lenders that called me. She was friendly and answered all my questions along with being able to get me a very good rate. She was great through the whole process too, keeping me informed of everything every step of the way. The process went smoothly and i had confidence she would be on top of any issue that arose.
