This is my first home purchase and I have heard about all of the mortgage nightmares and how difficult and stressful the process was. But NOT with Amerisave. The process was a very pleasant experience right from the beginning. My loan officer put me at ease and was very patient, kind and helpful throughout the process. She even answered/ returned calls and emails after hours, and with a smile.
