Yay! Finally!

Our loan was a bit unique and frustrating at times, but we really felt Jeremy Cooley at Royal was on our side. It took a while to get to closing, through no fault of his, but he fought for us the entire way and, in the end, got us exactly what we wanted.

Jeremy at Royal United has provided great assistance throughout the refinancing process. He has been always thorough in explaining everything, making sure I understand all the terms, and providing the next step at every turn. Although the company charges a little bit higher fees, I went with Royal United against the other two choices primarily due to my confidence with Jeremy and the other good reviews I read about Royal United. The refinancing closed within 30 days from the time of the first follow up telephone call came from Jeremy after I put in my loan request on Lending Tree. This has truly been a smooth, pleasant and no fuss experience and Jeremy did a wonderful job.

Complicated Process
