Pleasant experience!!

I would definitely recommend Royal United Mortage, and in fact did, to my son and daughter in law!! Specifically Jeremy Cooley. He was very pleasant and kno*********.He was responsive to our concerns and always kept us informed throughout the process. We closed on the date we were given from our first conversation. The whole process took three weeks! We are saving a lot of money in the long run! Thanks again Jeremy!!

Once that was understood he presented a number of options, followed-up often throughout the process and made sure I had a clear understanding of the process, paperwork and what happens next. He made himself readily available no matter the time of day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a lender.

Jeremy Cooley was an excellent lown officer. He answered e-mails and phone calls prompty and knew his product. There were a couple of hiccups in the closing but overall not an unpleasant process. Coming from a retired mortgage banker manager, this is high praise.
