Excellent customer service from Jeff Ludlow

We have had Jeff Ludlow process our past three home loans; three were for refinancing and one was for a house purchase. He was fantastic each time. Jeff is friendly and efficient. He let us know what our options were, procured the best rate for us, informed us what paperwork we needed to provide, and supplied us with the documents we needed. The loan process was very smooth, everything was accomplished in a timely fashion, and Jeff kept us apprised of our status throughout the process. We couldn't ask for anything more, and we'll definitely use him again the next time we need a loan. He is a top-notch loan broker, as far as we are concerned.
