This was one of the best experiences I have had when refinancing my mortgage. Having gone through a very long, unpleasant and failed mortgage refinance with another organization, it was very refreshing to deal with someone like Jeff Ludlow who is the ultimate professional, honest, responsive and dedicated to helping out his customers.
