James was great to work with. It turns out that in my home refinance from my last home the lender reported that I paid late by 90 days. Since this was only a few months before I sold that property and bought a new one I didn't have time to catch this mistake. My credit went from 800+ down to low 700's. James helped me get this issue resolved with the prior loan company and all three credit reporting bureau's. This was tedious and time consuming on his end and my end**.to say the least. Even though my new loan was only $100,000 James still invested the time and energy to repair my credit history. The rest of the process was great and he and his team were vigilant in getting my "new construction" home agents to cooperate so I could close on time. His company's rates were competitive and the closing costs were as low as you can find. I would highly recommend James and his team.
