He was always professional, courteous, knew all of the answers to my questions, addressed any and all concerns in a timely manner and was successful in obtaining a tricky refinance for me! Fast, Efficient, and very helpful.

I wish all of my financial deals went as smoothly and as FAST as my refinance with Royal United. Consolidation loan

My wife and I decided to use some of our home equity to consolidate one other loan we had with our home loan and get a better overall rate. After submitting our information, Jim Groth from Royal United Mortgage contacted us the very next day. Jim was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and very patient with all of my questions. I felt that Jim listened to what my financial goals were and concentrated his efforts in helping me achieve those goals. We were able to lower our rate almost 1 3/4 points and rolled in a second loan that was at 7.5%. Our loan closed within 15 days and I felt Jim and United Royal Mortgage did a great job for us.

Refinance

After much procrastination, I decided it was time to take advantage of these low interest rates floating around. The anticipated hassle was of concern to me BUT, after I sent in information to Lending Tree, Jim Groth, with Royal United Mortgage promptly contacted me that afternoon. I checked out their review rating on Lending Tree, and that coupled with Jim Groths friendly and helpful attitude felt right to me. This turned out to be as pain free as anything I have done regarding money and mortgages. He promptly answered questions and led me along the process efficiently. I was impressed how swiftly things happened, and would not hesitate to contact Jim Groth with Royal United Mortgage for my future needs. Closing took place at our home, and payoff to current mortgage , along with escrows, all taken care of by RUM. Was an enjoyable experience, and is going to save me a bunch of dough! I like that a lot!

re-finance

Very smooth transaction. From the initial contact with our Rep. Jim Groth, all went just as they said. We had no problems & actually got a lower interest rate than the initial offering. The time it took from the first e-mail to closing was only about a week. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to re-finance or get a new mortgage.
