great job

Jim called me a full three days before I heard from any one. He worked on holidays and weekend to complete my loan. I was very pleased how easy it was. He walked me through the entire process and I felt very confident with the process. He called me on January 1 and I closed Jan 19. Wow!

#1 in my book

I usually don't conduct business of this nature over the phone. I like shake their hands, look them in the eye, and make my own determination if this is a trustworthy person. However this was not the case in refinancing my house. Having recently been widowed, I have never walked alone in this process. My husband transacted this type of business and I signed where he told me too. After contacting Lending Tree online, I had no idea I was about to be bombarded with calls, and I said to myself, what have I done. But once I spoke with Jim and hearing his pleasant voice, I felt I could trust him, it was like looking him in the eye. He was very professional, knew his business, and most of mine after we were through, and he was very kind to me, knowing I was inexperienced. He explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. This process was effortless, due to Jim's guidance. Skeptical about Internet deals.

Superior Customer Service

The initial conversation with Jim Groth was on 09/24/15 and the entire process to closing was completed on 10/13/15. He was clear and precise with his instructions about how the refinancing of our home would be accomplished. He was informative, knowledgeable and attentive to the questions we had and all matters handled in a timely manner. His ability to walk us through the refinancing of our home was painless and in our opinion went over and beyond the call of duty. He never made you feel any questions you had were silly and for that we are thankful. Jim was never rushed and made you feel as if you were the only customer he was working with. I would highly recommend Jim for all of your financing needs. You won't be disappointed. His customer service was second to none and thank him for his timely responses by phone and email.
