Jim called me a full three days before I heard from any one. He worked on holidays and weekend to complete my loan. I was very pleased how easy it was. He walked me through the entire process and I felt very confident with the process. He called me on January 1 and I closed Jan 19. Wow!

I usually don't conduct business of this nature over the phone. I like shake their hands, look them in the eye, and make my own determination if this is a trustworthy person. However this was not the case in refinancing my house. Having recently been widowed, I have never walked alone in this process. My husband transacted this type of business and I signed where he told me too. He was clear and precise with his instructions about how the refinancing of our home would be accomplished.
