Jim Groth was amazing to work with! Initially, I was very skeptical to get a phone call from someone I'd never met personally for such a huge decision and process, but quickly changed my mind the more we spoke as he took his time to make sure I understood all my options and answered all my questions. It was like talking to a trusted family member who you knew had your best interest at heart. I am truly grateful for crossing paths with him and will definitely love to do more business with him in the future. It was an absolute pleasure working with him as we completed the enter refinance process in about two weeks!
