Unbelievable Speed and Efficiency

Rick Richter and Matt Mitchell aren't playing in the same league as anyone else. They are pros and all the other lenders are playing t-ball. I didn't have to continuously stay on their case about getting things done fast enough for my liking. If I contacted them about something, they were three steps ahead. It went so fast and so easy, it hasn't really sunk in that the transaction is complete. We spoke with a couple of banks prior to Lending Tree, one followed up with me today. We closed last week, another bank followed up with me the day of closing. Basically we were done and closed before the first step would have been done with a big bank. We got a followup email from a different lender on the day we closed as well. Not only did Rick and Matt move faster than the others, we got a better rate too. We will 100% go with them in the future.

Re-finance

Rick and his team did an excellent job with my re-finance. They were professional and addressed all of my concerns right away. Closing went smoothly and I'll definitely use them again.
