Job well done
I had to refinance my home loan for reasons I could not control. I spoke with a few banks and Rick seemed to stand out. Even though my new rate is higher then my old one Rick took the sting out of that by making it easy on me and he worked very well with my attorney as well.

Rick is very knowledgeable and always seemed happy to answer my questions. My Realtor referred me over to his company and I am glad they did. Speaking with Rick I felt very confident I chose the right guy for my loan. This is our first house and even when I was freaking out about the approaching closing date, Rick would seem to find a way to put my fears in check. Rick is a very nice man, who was very patient with me. I never felt rushed and he had no problem explaining his answers to my questions. I Have not bought a home in over 25 years so the loan paperwork might as well been in Greek. My agent was impressed too. After I moved in he sent me a bottle of wine and a card. I enjoyed that.
