My experience with HomePlus was an overwhelmingly positive one. Given the competitive housing market, especially a tightening credit standard for home mortgage from the banks, it was really difficult for me to find a lender that would approve and provide me a sufficient amount of loan to finance my new home in the Bay Area. I was very skeptical at first when I heard from my wife as she told me that Gilbert Ramos from HomePlus has contacted her to work on such a loan. One month later, my loan is approved with the lowest possible mortgage rate and a minimal closing cost. I’m sitting here still amaze why I didn’t know about HomePlus much earlier when I was looking for a mortgage loan for my first home. I could not thank Gilbert enough for his excellent service.
