I just want to let you know that my experience working with Gilbert Ramos from HomePlus Mortgage for my home re-finance was excellent. Right from initiating the loan till closing they were in constant touch with me explaining each step of the complex re-finance process. Because of my wife travel plans we had some challenges with the process but both Gilbert & Kim worked very hard to get the loan completed in time. I highly recommend them to family & friends.

Gilbert went above and beyond in order for us to obtain a refinance. Since we were self-employed, the bank wanted an incredible amount of paperwork. Gilbert had to make sure every document was perfect. He had an incredible amount of patience to help us get through. And in the end, he secured a lower interest rate! I highly recommend him.
