God sent!

Gilbert came in at the end of my loan process because my loan officer changed jobs and he totally owned it. He was responsive to my emails even after office hours. He has replied to 12 am emails and 4 am emails. I I was amazed at how good he handled my loan. He never got frustrated with how many questions I asked no matter how simple they sounded. He is an incredible asset to his company and I am thankful and grateful to God for sending him my way. He gave me appropriate and timely feed back on all matters related to my loan. I will also have have to add that my other loan officer was great. I got an amazing rate and they even waived the extension of my rate as an early Christmas present (and I didn't ask for it).
