Gil is the most responsive loan officer I have worked with. He answered any and all questions very promptly, typically responding to my emails within a matter of minutes. The interest rates were very competitive (although mine was slightly higher due to specific situation). We were ready to close well ahead of our scheduled close date and the closing costs were perfectly in-line with the good faith estimate. Very reliable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Great Agent and Outstanding Quality of service!!

Gilbert provided excellent service in refinancing our mortgage. He provided the Loan Estimate in very early stages which was very helpful, the rest of lenders mentioned the closing costs over phone. He gave a great rate to refinance and the closing costs were lower compared to other lenders. He and his team closed on refinance earlier than 30 days and the process was very smooth. The best part is that he was always available to reach via phone/email and was very professional. There were no last minute surprises and the process was very transparent from very beginning. Outstanding!

Gilbert is a great loan officer. He was very patient with me aso I had a lot of questions on the actual process ofor how a loan process worked for building a new home. He answered all of my questions and timely as well as after hours and on weekends. During some of our frustrating moments he was great on the way he handled everything as well as with calming us down. His personality was awesome and would definitely recommend him to others. If he had not been our loan officer I don't know how I would have made it through the process. Thank you very much Gilbert! I can't say that enough.

Low credit was ok! Excellent customer service!

Gilbert was excellent, I was a first time home buyer and had no clue what was going on?? And his lending company was able to get me into a home with a low credit score. I had lost all hope in buying a house, but Gilbert kept reassuring me that everything was going to work out, and it did! I would definitely recommend him and his lending company to anybody.
