True Professional

I had been dreading the whole refinancing ordeal. But as soon as I started talking to Frank I knew he had my back. Frank was a true professional, walked me through each step of the process. The whole process was done much quicker than I anticipated because Frank made sure I knew what was needed and when. He stayed on top of my loan and made me feel like I was important. I would love to work with Frank again if I need another loan!
