Frank is awesome

Frank was great, very patient when explaining things, even when I asked the same question multiple ways/times. He was also very honest and up front about costs and rates, so we didn't feel like there was anything hiding up his sleeve.

Great Support and Skill

I've struggled for years to refinance to a better rate despite not being underwater on my loan and having a good credit. This time it finally happened. He wouldn't give up despite many bumps in the road that others walked away from. My mortgage payment is now about half of what it was. The tenacity and patience shown to me will never be forgotten. My loan officer was responsive, knowledgeable and patient. Today's mortgage regulations are onerous and time consuming, Frank guided us through very well. The only hang up I had was with others who were slow to respond.

After weeding through the eager but uninformed first ones, I found Frank who set Americash apart. It was his savvy and Americash's low fees that gives me confidence to recommend Americash to everyone else. Ha! Sounds like I work for them, huh? Nope. Just a high school math teacher.
