Exceeded my expectations

After submitting my initial mortgage inquiry through LendingTree, I was contacted by a few different agents. Right off the bat, David stood out as a loan officer possessing a superior knowledge of the market, rates, timelines, and product availability. After taking the time to listen to my wants and needs, he suggested multiple products and solutions, explaining the potential benefits of each. David was always willing to take as much time as needed to answer any questions or concerns I had. Once our offer was accepted, David kept me in the loop and guided us through the entire process leading up to closing. The process was as stress free as possible and I was never left wondering what the next step in the process would be, David kept us informed and educated all the way through closing.

Excellent service

I worked with Dave Marcano. He was on top of everything from day 1 to ensure that everything moved along and that I got locked in for the best rates possible. I had a very complex transaction (buying and selling at the same time) and he helped keep things moving despite delays with my sale. I have to say that without David's persistent help, I may not have completed the deal.
