2nd Time's a Charm

David Marcano & VanDyk Mortgage did such a good job for me on my last home loan that I came back to them a 2nd time (within 6 months). After unexpectedly needing to sell and move back closer to family, I was looking at new a new construction home with a builder "provided" lender. After another terrible, lengthy experience with that lender, I informed the builder that if they wanted to keep my business, I would need to bring in my own people. They agreed and David was able to pull off another miracle in less than a month (the builder's lender had 2 months with no progress). If I ever need another home loan & David has not retired and/or moved to a tropical island getaway, you can be sure he will be my first call.

I truly can not express my appreciation for David Marcano and VanDyk Mortgage!!! From day one he handled everything for me and put everything at ease that it was going to be handled on time and in a truly caring manner! He is so knowledgeable about all types of rules, regulations, and loan programs available. He also showed that he cares about his customers all the way through the process and even after we closed! I was amazed how he always got back to us with in minutes, even calling us back from home when we called him after hours when we had questions. I've had several other mortgages in my lifetime, while always shopping around.... But my experience with David Marcano was worlds apart from the others. I can honestly say he is a diamond in the ruff.... The absolute best, honest, and most caring loan officer that I've ever spoken to!!! I'm happy to say I have a loan officer for life!!!!

His exceptional customer service skills (makes himself available nights & weekends) and overall knowledge of his industry are incomparable. David and his company were able to provide my family something all other competing lenders stated was unavailable in today's financing world. Our purchase price and requested loan amount of (90%) was above the standard guidelines and were being told by everyone the maximum financing was 80% (20% down). Not only was he able to get us 90% financing but also structured a scenario to avoid PMI; we closed in 3 weeks. In a world of untrustworthy people David truly separates himself from his peers. I truly recommend anyone who is looking for a smooth and seamless transaction to work with him. You won't be disappointed you did. He's my loan officer for life. Thanks David.
