Let Chris Ross be your wingman

Chris Ross contacted me over a year ago, as well as several other mortgage brokers when I was looking into a refi. I got very frustrated when several brokers I spoke with didn’t follow up and were not really knowledgeable about the military VA loan process . I ask Chris to call me back in a year! And he did exactly that to the date. As a retired VET with 30 yrs of service, punctuality, professional and courtesy is key. My expectations were high and throughout the process, Chris was all three and then some. Lenders to me can be very unreasonable at time, and my “wingman” Chris was right there to explain and calm me down. In the end I wouldn’t trust anyone but this guy!
