Carl Snyder w/Home Plus Mortgage

When I first applied for a refinance on LendingTree, I received a fair amount of responses from lenders on my email address also receiving telephone calls. I replied to every lender by email, letting them know; I would be returning their telephone calls within days. I also requested they stop calling me during my work hours. Most everyone kept being an annoyance, whereas Home Mortgage Plus', representative Carl Snyder seemed to be more understanding. During this screening process, I began to weed out the lenders who could not appreciate my request for privacy during my work hours. I mainly communicated with Carl by email; however we did speak a couple of times during the appraisal and closing processes. Carl was patient, courteous and very pleasant to speak with. During the entire loan process a couple of questions came up for us applicants, where we reached out to Carl. I have never met a lender who responded back so quickly. That definitely kept the loan process moving forward. Applying for a home loan or refinance can sure be stressful, but my wife and I can honestly say we are very happy and satisfied during this entire process. So satisfied, that we will first give Carl at Home Plus Mortgage a call if ever in the future we decide to reapply again AND will defiantly be recommending Carl and Home Plus to family and friends.

Great Refi Experience with HomePlus

VA Loan

Carl and HomePlus Mortgage were truly outstanding. I recently retired from the military and wanted to benefit from the advantages of using a VA loan. Carl navigated the VA terrain without difficulty… an accomplishment in itself. As a testament to his service, I literally received my VA rating on the morning of final signatures with escrow; Carl was able to rework all necessary loan documents within hours…saving me roughly $12,000 in VA funding fees! I would definitely recommend Carl and HomePlus Mortgage.
