Superior service from start to finish
Bryan was outstanding to deal with from start to finish. He was responsive to all my questions & needs. I also did not feel like a number but a person which is in stark contrast to another lender that I had originally intended for my REFI. I am grateful to Bryan and his team. Truly outstanding service.

Wonderful Experience
From my first encounter with Brian I knew I was in good hands. He explained everything very well for me, but I still had doubts about the risk I was taking by refinancing my home. At one point I decided to back off on the deal and at Bryans recommendation he said don't cancel the process lets just put it on hold. I had time before the locked rate was no longer valid. I decided to do that and it was a smart move. Then Bryan went another step further and asked his associate, Glenn to step in and talk to me. Glenn was able to explain the benefits of making this move at this point in my life. I was comfortable moving forward. Once I did that everyone I encountered was helpful, kind, and so easy to work with. The loan was funded in no time at all. I'm so happy with my choice and very comfortable about my financial future thanks to all the fine people at DLJ Financial.
