Excellent
We worked with Brian Thomas a couple years ago when we refinanced our home and his service was so good we used him again to purchase our current home. I believe he always went above and beyond making himself readily available at anytime (even weekends) to answer our questions and help us through the process. He made purchasing the home smoother than the actual move. I would highly recommend Brian Thomas to anyone looking to buy a home. I rate his service as EXCELLENT!!

VA Loan
We were working with a VA Loan, which is Brian's specialty. His knowledge of the programs is very reliable and he worked to get us the best rate to lock in. Even though we were in different time zone, Brian always made himself available by phone - even on weekends! I felt like I had a friend working for me instead of calling a bank and needing to squeeze my calls into a tight window in order to get things moving along. Our purchase was a short sale that literally took over four years to see close. Brian was a great resource through out that entire time period. It just went to show that he wasn't looking for the quick sale and moving on, but really wanting to work with us.

While the fees were bad (in my opinion) but average for this the service was great and I was updated quickly of any changes in my loan. Brian stayed in contact with me throughout the process and kept me informed on everything.

Excellent Loan Officer
To start, I am a first time homebuyer and needless to say, I had a heap of questions. Brian answered every question I had and I know some were taxing. Also, since I am not an expert in the loan process, there is a potential to take advantage of someone in my position. Brian did the exact opposite! He talked me through all of my options and explained each step in detail so I felt comfortable and got the best deal. Finally, he actually gave me his personal cell phone number and worked with me after-hours on many occasions to make sure my closing date stayed solid. I am pleased to be writing this review from my new home, which would not have been possible without Brian's help.
