The Best!
This was my 3rd home purchase and 5th mortgage application and I fully expected stress, lack of communication, aggravation, etc. as I had experienced in the past. From the first day of contact with Brian right through closing, Brian was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. There was absolutely no stress at all. No matter how small my question or concern, he responded promptly and took the time to explain everything. Brian had my best interest in mind and advised when we could save money, etc. I am more than satisfied that I chose him to work with in obtaining my mortgage. He is the best! I would advise anyone who is looking to apply for a mortgage to contact him for a very smooth, stress-free process and a loan officer who really cares about the person and doesn't treat the customer as just another number.

My mortgage refinance with Brian Thomas went smoothly and rather quickly. All my goals were accomplished: low rate, reasonable closing costs, and money to pay off my high (7.5%) school loans that I had taken out for my son's education. The school loans were very troubling for me. While my son attends graduate school I could at least delay those monthly payments; however, the interest kept accruing and I dreaded the day that I would have to begin payments. Mr. Thomas was able to include in my re-fi enough money to pay them off now, resulting in monthly payments of approx. only a third of what I would have had to pay monthly if I began paying them off at this time. Also, I am presently free of that high student loan interest rate. This is my second re-fi with Mr. Thomas. Each time he put my family in a better place economically. He listens to his client, and then puts together a package that makes sense. He keeps in touch during the process and answers any questions that we may have had. My wife and I are retired seniors and we thank Brian for enabling us to live without the fear, that when the student loans came due, we'd have to sell our beloved house because of those extraordinary high monthly payments
