Brian's service was just what we needed!
It was almost by accident that we found Brian. We went onto lending tree as part of a good faith deposit form from another potential lender, and we got a plethora of contacts. Brian's bank offered the best rate and he was persistent in contacting us; and it paid off for him. We were getting frustrated with our first lender, and the timing was right: Brian called and we decided to go with him. Not only did he offer lower fees and a better rate, but through the process he acted as a guide and an advocate. We had trouble with the appraisal and getting our refund back from our previous lender. He handled our case like it was his only case, with responsiveness and encouragement. We wouldn't have fought for our refund without Brian's encouragement. Not once in the process did we feel like we were waiting on Brian, but that he was waiting on us. Everything since our going with him went well all the way through to closing. Many thanks for such good service and for peace of mind in the loan process!

Brian Thomas is a consummate master loan officer. He explored options to find the best loan, communicated clearly, responded promptly and thoroughly, and prepared a loan package that met underwriting requirements without being unduly burdensome on me. Brian is honest and transparent in his work, providing detailed explanations that far exceeded my expectations. When the cost of the appraisal exceeded his estimate by $85, he (or his bank) swallowed the excess. I cannot possibly recommend Brian Thomas more highly.

Great Service
Brian made the loan process go seamless. There were several times that the loan could have fell through and Brian went above and beyond to give advice or to take action on my behalf.
