I recently closed on a VA loan with Brian Thomas of KS StateBank. Best customer service, rates, and knowledge in the country. How can you go wrong? Brian was able to close an out of state VA Jumbo Loan with work that needed to be completed prior to close and made it look easy. Answered the phone every single time and answered questions far beyond expectations. Professional, honest, knowledgeable. Absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

I am very glad I had contacted Brian for my Loan Originator. After I compared with other officers, banks, rate and loan amount, I can't ignore his professional, kindness and option. Brian respond very quickly, early morning, late night, Christmas Day, even though after you got the house!! With this process, there are many people involved, but Brian is the only who work more than he has to to ensure you get the best and go to the right direction. I feel like he is my brother who is looking out for me. One time, I got frustrated from with the process, Brian took it very professionally and in calmly manner to get over those situation. Excellent Experience

I used Brian for a refi on my personal residence. Brian took the time to understand my circumstances upfront (retired; we don't have W-2 income) and everything proceeded according to plan.
