Leaving government assistance in the dust!
My family and I were working off of a VERY low budget as we were getting off of government assistance FINALLY and buying our first home. Mr. Guillaume was able to not only find us a loan but help us walk through the troubles that came up in the processes of securing the loan, of which there were many due to us being so low income. He made this process much easier than it could have been. If we ever purchase another house we will go through him!

Boe was very, very helpful to me - from the moment He said "hello - my name is & how can I help you. Very professional individual. Answered ALL my questions through the whole process-even through e-mails after office hours. I couldn't have asked for a more complete transaction from start to finish. Bau was awesome in everything we did ! Bau is a true professional who goes the extra mile. Because of our location we ran into a couple of snags and without Bau's help we would not have our loan today. Anytime we were unsure about something we would just contact him and he would respond ASAP with explanations and he would make sure we understood whatever we had a question on and there were a lot of things we had questions about. He shared his work schedule with us so that we could contact him and he always kept pushing for our loan to go thru. His knowledge of the industry is extensive and this no doubt helps a lot.
