Great experience
Baudelaire is very Knowledgeable and informative. Baudelaire took time to explain every step of the process and continued to provide assurances as needed. When questions where raised, he calmly clarified and provided timely answers. He delivered what he promised and made the experience as comfortable and convenient as possible. He was respectful and treated every question with serious and thoughtful approach. Most importantly, the process went in accordance with my schedule and proceeded expeditiously.

Mr Guillaume provided all he said he would. unfortunately the V.A. waited till almost the last minute to request water samples. Other than that I got all that I was promised.
