Art was a pleasure to work with! While it wasn't expected of him, he responded on weekends and after normal business hours when we would ask questions. He also followed-up to ensure we recieved requests for information and confirmed when any of the information had been received. He made our refi so much less stressful than it could have been by keeping us so well informed. He was attentive and interested in us throughout the entire process- even after the closing docs were signed. :)
