Great service and guidance
Art kept us ahead of the curve in terms of approvals before closing. We were cleared to close comfortably ahead of our closing date. Art and his team kept us up to date with information and changing market conditions. I do suggest using a local title company, since any hiccups at closing are more easily resolved with everyone in the room (at least in New Jersey). But overall a very good experience that put us in our new home!

Worked Hard to Get Re-fi Closed on Time
Art and his team worked hard to make sure our re-fi closed on time. Even though we had a bathroom renovation going on, he worked with the underwriters to make sure that did not hold up our loan. Kudos to Art and his team!
